Tracking Information

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

OKA Beauty is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, OKA Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
